Dan and Rachel chose the most perfect time of year to get married at Doxford Barns in Northumberland. Set in the breathtaking countryside, the rich red leaves and golden light made the prefect drop back for their beautiful barn wedding.
I met Dan and Rachel through Instagram, I felt so excited hearing about their wedding day. From the dress to the seating plan, everything was truly stunning including these two gorgeous human beings..
They had a magical ceremony in the barn with twinkly lights and candles. Their wonderful dog ‘Maggie’ even made an appearance and stayed for a few photos after the ceremony too.
I was so lucky to bump into the farmer after the speeches and food, who very kindly let us drive through his fields to catch the last bit of light. Full of excitement in the car as we drove over the very bumpy fields, I felt incredibly lucky to capture Dan and Rachel as the sun set behind the rolling hills.
After their first dance and lots of dancing I couldn’t resist taking a few night time photos in the barn where they had earlier said their vows to each other.
