Sammi and Andy’s wedding at Fishlake Mill Doncaster was pretty awesome! It was an outdoor ceremony on the shortest day of the year at almost 4pm. The sunset infront of them as they said their promises to each other was dreamy, romantic and everything I had hoped for them.
The morning was full of giggles, nerves and excitement. I photographed Sammi getting ready at home with her bridal party, we all got on so well and they felt like friends. I photographed the details first inlcuding her stunning gown from It’s Bliss Doncaster and her beautiful flowers by signature flowers by Julie. Sammi’s makeup was applied beautifully by Stacey McDonald.
Guests drank hot chocolate and mulled wine whilst listening to the violinists, waiting for Sammi and Andy to say their promises to each other by the wonderful Andrea Bonser- AB celebrants.
There was magic in the marquee, the very talented Greg Holroyd magician entertained everyone with his magic tricks. Before hitting the dancefloor for Sammi and Andy’s first dance to ‘I believe in a thing called love’ by the darkness (yep that’s the one!) there were shots for eveyone, no cake! but a three tier stand of shots for everyone… the atmosphere was epic as you can imagine. The band electric idols were incredible and made me want to dance.
We headed off into the darkness for some night time photos involving sparklers with friends. It was then time for me to head back home in Doncaster, South Yorkshire.
Sammi and Andy you rock!
